The world's largest potato starch line with capacity of 90TPH will appear at the Shanghai International Starch Exhibition

The 2019 International Forum on the Development of China's Potato Staple Food Industry and the 14th Shanghai International Starch and Starch Derivatives Exhibition will be held on June 19 at the Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center. At that time, the starch production line for potato raw materials with a single processing capacity of 90 tons/hour developed by Sino-Food Machinery Group will appear at the exhibition.

It is reported that the 90 TPH potato starch line is currently the largest single machine potato starch production line in the world. The successful listing of this line will have revolutionary significance for China's potato starch processing industry and even the international potato starch processing industry.

 

Mr. Liu Shanhong, Chairman of Sino-Food Machinery Group, said that in order to adapt to the current situation of tight supply of potato raw materials in the market, strong seasonal production and processing, high environmental pressure, and urgent need to improve processing capacity in various production areas, Sino-Food Machinery Group organized a scientific research team to discuss and work tirelessly, and finally developed and manufactured this "industry important tool" in the field of potato starch day and night.

Mr. Dong Qiaoqiao, the technical director of Sino-Food Machinery Group, introduced that the processing capacity of this production line is 90TPH of potato raw materials, with a 1400mm centrifugal screen and a 700mm cyclone. This line adopts a single line process scheme, with reliable and stable operation, and a production capacity of 320-360 tons of potato starch per day.

 

Mr. Liu Shanhong pointed out that this line greatly reduces the operating cost of one ton of starch. In the short seasonal production, due to its large production capacity, it can enhance the advantage of raw material procurement and is highly competitive in the current fierce raw material market competition!
