Scraper discharging centrifuge is a filter centrifuge with fully automatic clearance operation for scraper discharging. It can automatically or manually carry out periodic cyclic operation of feeding, separating, washing, discharging and net washing. All processes of the machine are carried out at full speed.

The working principle of FGK series horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge is after starting to the feeding speed, it opens the feeding valve, and the separated suspension enters the drum through the distribution bucket and is evenly distributed on the filter medium on the inner wall of the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is thrown out of the drum through the filter medium and the small hole on the drum, while the solid phase is intercepted on the filter medium to form a filter cake. When the filter cake layer reaches a certain thickness, close the feed valve to wash the solid matter and then dry it. Finally, the filter cake layer is unloaded by a rotary scraper, and the materials are discharged from the machine by chute or spiral transportation.

FGKH series horizontal siphon scraper discharging centrifuge is a filter centrifuge with automatic control, continuous operation and intermittent unloading. Recoil, feeding, deliquescence, washing, swinging and unloading can be completed at full speed or variable speed. It is suitable for separating crystalline or short fibrous materials with particle size (particle size) of 5 μ m to 5 mm and suspension concentration (solid phase volume ratio) of 1% to 40%, especially for high load production and occasions requiring full washing.

This machine is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other industries, such as starch, ammonium sulfate, sodium sulfate, sulfuric acid, ferrous sulfate, power plant desulfurization, flue gas desulfurization, boric acid, polyvinyl chloride, urea, heavy alkali, caustic soda, salt, potassium chloride, sodium pentachloride and so on.
