Corn starch production line

This line use wet milling technology for corn starch processing, adopt Bottle Process which is current popular in international market. Process water are recycled, i.e. raw material feed from the start point of the line, while small quantity of fresh water inlet from the end of the line that is starch washing stage, and exhaust from the steeping stage, which consumes less water and reduce effluent water, increase yield of the line. This is a mature technology that been applied in many projects, proved to be suitable and advanced technology equipment.

The production system is composed of corn silo, starch workshop, final product warehouse, by product warehouse and civil engineering (steam boiler, power supply) etc. Corn silo is for temp storage of corn, reception tower is for corn reception, cleaning and discharging, starch workshop is for corn processing, which starch from corn steeping, until packing of starch and by products. Warehouse is for storage of starch, gluten, fiber, germ, etc. Storage capacity is about 15 days production output.

Sweet potato production line

Based on the actual situation in China, our company designed new sweet potato starch production system. Considering the high sugar content and heavy pectin of sweet potatoes, which seriously affect the screening effect, we optimized the sieving system. The quality of starch produced is at the same level as European products.

Modified starch production line

Native starch is a natural biological product, extracted and refined from plants such as potato, cassava, corn or wheat. These native starches already have different properties that make them suitable for different applications. Native starches are generally not used in native form. For example, starch is insoluble in water and therefore requires special cooking. Or in a certain food application, a special taste or texture is required, special reagents and ingredients need to be added, and the mixture is heated and stirred. Based on these starches, various applications of glucose/fructose as a sweetener or food ingredient such as noodles or soups can be used for industrial purposes such as glue, textile sizing, or in food.
