Mr. Raymond Xu introduced that SFM's "Cassava Starch Processing System" has nine advantages: firstly, the whole cassava starch production system adopts a complete set of advanced and mature European technology, which can make the production system achieve the highest performance-cost ratio; secondly, the whole equipment is completely closed, modular structure, compact layout that greatly reduced installation time of equipment; third, the core technology is more optimized on the basis of Europe technology; fourth, the Rasper adopts heavy-duty bearings - COOPER bearing, which ensures the stable operation of Rasper under high load; fifth, the desander adopts a unique water separation system to ensure the smooth discharge of impurities such as sand and so on. Sixth, the hydrocyclone unit optimizes all kinds of processes, completely replacing disc separator, and the effect of its concentration and washing stages are better; seventh, the Flash dryer pipe-changing system reduces the steam consumption by 30% compared with the conventional technology; eighth, the control system is stable and reliable, and can produce high-quality products steadily and continuously, and can provide fully automatic to semi-automatic control systems according to customers' different requirement. Ninth, the quality level of equipment manufacturing is close to that of Europe, in some aspects even beyond the level of European manufacturers, and at the same time, reduced the operating cost of users.
