The Degerm mill is a key equipment specifically designed for grain processing, primarily used for efficiently separating the germ from corn kernels. After entering the gap between the two grinding discs, the corn kernels are subjected to shearing, squeezing, and grinding actions by the convex teeth. Due to the physical property differences between the germ (high in oil content) and the endosperm (mainly composed of starch), the germ is completely stripped while the endosperm is crushed, and then efficient separation is achieved through subsequent sorting.
