Tube bundle dryer is a large-scale continuous indirect heating contact drying equipment, which mainly use the principles of heat conduction and heat radiation. Through the flow of steam in the heat exchange tube, heat is transferred to the dried material outside the tube wall, causing the moisture in the material to vaporize and be discharged by the fan. The dried material is pushed by the shovel to the discharge port and discharged, thus completing the drying process. It's widely used in fermentation, starch, chemical, light industry, food, grain, feed, brewing, alcohol and etc. industries. In corn starch production, it is mainly used for drying germ, fiber, and gluten.
