SFM degas pump adopts a special design of vacuum impeller. When pumping the mixture liquid containing air, the air can be exhausted through the degassing bores on the impeller so that greatly improve the pumping efficiency.

In following areas:
- Special materials (such as potato pulp, cassava pulp, sweet potato pulp, pulp, etc.).
- In some processes, gases can enter the material for different reasons.
- There is not enough time to exhaust the gas in the slurry during the production process.
- Replace the screw pump for slurry after rasping
- Replace the defoaming pump and fiber pump of centrifugal sieve.
In these cases, the slurry contains some proportion of gas. Due to the different physical properties of gas and liquid, if a conventional centrifugal pump is used, the gas will accumulate in front of the impeller, which will lead to unstable pumping levels, or even cause complete stop of the pump feeding when there are many bubbles. Therefore, it is difficult to pump with conventional centrifugal pump, while SFM degas pump has good pumping effect.
